Live Demo: Enhancing Custom Viz Plugins in Superset (Part 2) - Building Better Control Panels 🎮 (Jan 16)

Continuing our series on developing custom visualization plugins we'll take you through some features to help you build a better (and cleaner) control panel. We'll cover dynamic/conditional controls, pre-built controls you can leverage, and normalizing/denormalizing form data for smoother transitions between viz plugins, and more!

Superset Community Town Hall 🏫 (Jan 11)

Join some of the Superset community's core contributors and collaborators as we discuss in-flight projects and processes. The meeting takes place monthly and is available for anyone to join by subscribing to the Superset Community Calendar.

Office Hours: Superset Improvement Proposals (SIP) (Jan 18)

If you or your organization want to contribute significant changes (e.g. new features, architectural changes), please bring these ideas to our first SIP Office Hours. We'll help you determine what level of process/consensus these ideas might need, and help you navigate that process. The goal of these sessions is to make these plans public, demystify the process, and steer toward a more comprehensive Superset roadmap 🛣️. You can join by subscribing to the Superset Community Calendar.

CFP is Open For The Community Over Code Annual Event (Jan 16)

Community Over Code is where you will learn about the latest innovations from Apache Software Foundation (ASF) projects and their communities in a collaborative, vendor-neutral environment. This year, Community Over Code will take place at the charming city of Bratislava in Slovakia where open source communities from all over the world will have an opportunity for free-form discussion and planning around our various projects.
